Bugs fixed:

• /config/etc/environment.safe not preserved over upgrades
• tms_client doesn't adequately clean up after firmware download failures
• must use "cp -f" to avoid broken symlink error on /config/etc/timezone
• max length of value string is too short (e.g. for long URLs)

• add Video Conference mode
• support forcing audio output to Secondary HDMI interface on RPi
• add check for attempted license spoofing
