Why aren't my devices showing up in TMS?

Solution

Because clients can't locate a remote TMS server by magic!  Unless your devices are on the same TCP/IP subnet as the TMS server - in which case they will locate it by detecting periodic broadcasts - you will have to do something to help the TMS agent running on your devices find TMS.  Please read http://help.thinlinx.com/knowledgebase.php?article=10.
